We specialise in offal products of bovine, ovine and porcine origin. Our beginnings were in a family-run casquería stall located in Madrid’s Mercado del Carmen. Over the years we moved to the old Municipal Slaughterhouse in Madrid. Leaders in the sector, both nationally and internationally, thanks to the quality and excellence of our products and the work of a great team.
We are currently in our third and fourth generation, which gives us a unique knowledge and experience in our sector, allowing us to adapt quickly to the different changes in the market.
We have been in MERCAMADRID since 1999, in the Central Meat Market and, in 2016, we acquired new facilities in Collado Villalba, in the Pol. Ind. P-29.
Our facilities have more than 5000 m2, dedicated to the cutting room, packaging room, freezing tunnel, preservation chamber, processing room, production and packaging of ready meals (Quinta Gama).
Our products are obtained and selected at source, guaranteeing the highest quality under strict hygienic standards and transported by our own means to our headquarters in Mercamadrid, where the product is handled and processed (packaging, filleting, freezing, palletising, etc.).
Our customers include large supermarkets, supermarkets and small shops.
